1. Enrollment in the Program:
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete application via our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and notify you of your acceptance via email.

Sites not eligible for our Program include:
adult sites
sites that display adult banners
sites that promote violence, bigotry or hatred
sites that promote illegal activity.

2. Links on Your Site:
Once you have been notified that your site has been accepted into the Program, we will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in linking to our home page. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with special "tagged" link formats (hereafter referred to as Qualified Links) to be used in all links between your site and our site. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and our site properly utilizes such special link formats. You will earn referral fees only with respect to activity on our site occurring directly through Qualified Links.

3. Referral Fees:
You will be entitled to a 15% commission when someone makes a purchase of one of our architects' products on our web site through Qualified Links on your site. We will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you to use Qualified Links, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement.

4. Referral Fee Payment:
A 15% commission will be paid on our net receipts from the sale, which excludes taxes, bank fees (if any) and shipping and handling. Checks will be issued approximately the 20th of the succeeding month from the receipt and payment of an order from your Qualified Link.

5. Term of the Agreement:
Homeplan Professional reserves the right to accept or terminate any site as an Affiliate.
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our site, and all Homeplan Professional trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the Program.

How to Get Started:
Review the above Terms and Conditions. When done, click on the Join Now link at either the top of the page or below. Check the box indicating you agree to the Terms and Conditions, fill out all the required information on the registration form and submit it to us online. We will notify you of your acceptance to our affiliate program by email. This email will include information regarding your Qualified Link. Add one or several of these links to your site to successfully become an Homeplan Professional affiliate.
